1What Phenomenalone is
Phenomenalone is a private service that runs automated tasks (searches, daily activities and similar) on Microsoft Rewards accounts that you add, shows you the results, and lets you watch runs live. Phenomenalone is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Microsoft.
2Your Phenomenalone login
- Your user ID and first password are given to you by the service administrator. Change the first password when asked.
- Your login is for you only. Don't share it, and keep your password private.
- Tell the administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your login.
3Microsoft accounts you add
- Only add Microsoft accounts that you own or are clearly allowed to use.
- By adding an account you let Phenomenalone store its sign-in details and sign in to it on your behalf to run tasks.
- You are responsible for following the Microsoft Services Agreement and the Microsoft Rewards terms for each account.
Automating Microsoft Rewards may break Microsoft's rules. Microsoft can limit, suspend or close accounts and cancel points or rewards. You use the service at your own risk, and Phenomenalone is not responsible for any such action or loss.
4Account limits
The administrator decides how many Microsoft accounts you can add. You can see your limit on the Accounts page. Limits can change at any time.
5Your data and privacy
- We store: your Phenomenalone login (the password is stored only as a secure hash), the Microsoft account details you add, saved sign-in sessions, points history, run history and run logs.
- Other users can't see your accounts, points, logs or live browser. Your live browser is only shown to you while your own run is on screen.
- Service administrators can see and manage all data, but only to run, secure and support the service.
- When you remove an account, its saved details and history are deleted. When your Phenomenalone login is deleted, your data is deleted or, if the administrator chooses, handed back to the administrator's control. You can ask the administrator to delete your data at any time.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
6Fair use
Don't try to access other people's data, get around your account limit, interfere with the service or other users' runs, or use the service for anything illegal. Runs are shared fairly: the service runs one person at a time from a queue.
7Availability
The service is provided "as is". It may be slow, paused, changed or stopped at any time, and runs may fail, be delayed or collect fewer points than expected. There is no guarantee of any number of points or rewards.
8Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Phenomenalone and its administrators are not liable for any loss or damage from using the service, including lost points, rewards, or Microsoft account access.
9Suspension and removal
The administrator can suspend or delete your login, change your limits, or remove accounts - for example if these terms are broken or to protect the service. You can stop using the service at any time.
10Changes
These terms may be updated. When they are, you'll be asked to accept the new version the next time you use the service.
